[Level 1] Login server console with minicom on Ubuntu laptop.

If you want to use console to login server on Ubuntu laptop,
you could try a useful app named "minicom".
And you could download in by apt-get.
# apt-get -y install minicom

Why??? Because the prededence of string concatenation is higher than if.
