How to connect wireless ap by command in Ubuntu?
You can use two commands, 'iwlist', 'iwconfig'.
# iwlist --help
Usage: iwlist [interface] scanning [essid NNN] [last]

              [interface] bitrate 
              [interface] rate 
              [interface] encryption 
              [interface] keys 
              [interface] power 
              [interface] txpower
